I have lost my urge to run...

Have you seen it? Tomorrow will be a better day. It has to be.

  1. What sometimes helps me is to think of how good and how accomplished I will feel when I am done. Also try running a shorter distance like one and a half or two miles, which won't take nearly as long.

    In my experience, starting with an easy program and working my way up makes it more enjoyable. When I tried to do too much too soon, I found that I started dreading my runs instead of looking forward to them. This time I started with C25K and enjoyed it immensely, even though I knew I could do more.
